What are your return terms and conditions?Our aim is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience that you'll always remember. We aim for high-quality products, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that there may be instances where we fall short of meeting your expectations. In such cases, we gladly accept returns and offer both exchanges and refunds, allowing you to continue enjoying your shopping experience with us. You have the freedom to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it, with a few exceptions. Please note that the following items won't be eligible for return or exchange: Items without their original packaging Damaged items (excluding defects) Altered items Dirty items Please be aware that this list of exceptions applies, and we won't accept returns or exchanges for such items. The return window closes 14 business days after the final delivery. Kindly refrain from requesting returns, exchanges, or refunds after this period, as we won't be able to accommodate them. If your return is approved, we will refund the price of the item(s) using the same payment method you used for your original order. In the event of an undelivered product due to a shipment cancellation, please consult our customer service agents for assistance, and they will usually provide a replacement. Please note that all order-related communication primarily takes place via email. We kindly request that you do not submit return or refund requests through Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. When will I receive my order?Our products are made on order. Usually it takes 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Please check your order invoice for shipping schedule. Also a package tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA, Canada, Mexico UK, EU: 3-8 business days International: 10-20 business days

I changed my mind, how do I cancel or change my order?"As long as your product isn't printed yet, you'll be able to cancel your order. However once your product is in production (most orders get in print within 2-5 hours) we cannot cancel it any longer.

How can I return an item?To initiate a return, please follow these steps within 14 business days of receiving your order. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order information to returns@loxyco.com, including the order number, and state the reason for the return. It would be helpful if you can attach a picture of the product. Once we receive your return information, we will reach out to you via email within 24–48 hours with further instructions. When shipping your return, use the return address provided in our email. Make sure to clearly print your order number on the shipping label. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return. Retain your shipping receipt until you receive your refund. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered by us. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during transit. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive a new tracking code in a few days. I ordered an incorrect size, what do I do?"Yes you'll be able to change it, however you need to do it quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately the order cannot be amended any longer. Therefore if you need different size, contact us immediately, best within 2 hours. Each order is custom printed and stitched to fit your size, therefore it can’t be exchanged or returned. To be sure you order the right size please check the size charts provided in the photo section. If you have any questions regarding sizes contact us before ordering.

What happens If my package is lost or stolen?All packages are shipped with GPS tracking. Tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Make sure that you provide a secure delivery location for your parcel. Track your parcel regularly for updates of your package in transit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

Unclaimed, Returned Packages and Insufficient Address"Unclaimed - Packages which are unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If the address you provide is insufficient or wrong by the courier service, the package will be returned to our facility. Once you confirm an updated address you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Can I return a defective item?If you have received a defective item, you are entitled to receive a replacement product, provided that the item is still available. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a complete refund for that particular item. Returning the defective item is not necessary. However, if you prefer to return the product, we can provide you with the appropriate return address. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
